Teresa Sylvester, AIF®, CPFA™, CRPS®

Teresa has over 20 years of experience in the industry. She enjoys getting to know a company and their culture and using her experience to develop a sound strategy for their retirement plan offering.

Teresa establishes processes for retirement plan clients regarding participant directed investment selections, QDIA selection, and ongoing monitoring of those investments for propriety acting as a co-fiduciary by contract alongside the plan sponsor. She also provides clients with plan consulting services in regard to vendor selection, fee analysis, and plan design and services.

Teresa’s experience includes working as a Trust and Investment Auditor, and then as an Employee Benefit Account Executive at SunTrust Bank.  In 1999, she moved to Transamerica Retirement Services to develop their client service division in Atlanta, GA as the Regional Director of Client Services.

Teresa enjoys spending time with her husband, Mark and  two daughters. She also has two canine children – LaChita and Dakota. She’s a native Georgia girl, and she loves bike riding, hiking and camping.  She spends a lot of time at archery shoots with her oldest daughter and at singing performances with her youngest daughter.
