Overview

Copies of tax documents that have been mailed to you are available online for your convenience and can be used to help prepare your tax returns. If you are required to submit a tax document with your return, please use the original tax document mailed to you.

When there is taxable activity to report for an account, you can select from a list of available tax documents. The selected document opens in a separate window. Tax documents are available for the recently completed tax year and prior years.

When tax documents are not available, it may be the result of one or more of the following:

  • Taxable activity is not available for the account.
  • If today’s date is before February 1 of the current year, the prior-year tax documents may not yet be available. Tax documents are created throughout the month of January.

A rolling history is established to allow tax documents to build up to seven years.
