Waltonwood-Cotswold Assisted Living & Memory Care

Join Donna Rasile, Senior Vice President Investment Advisor for a virtual presentation about philanthropy. This special event is being held in conjunction with Waltonwood Cotswold, an assisted living memory care facility in Charlotte, NC, that provides compassionate senior living solutions.

The purpose of philanthropy is to improve the well-being of humankind; it is not the same as charity. Learn more during an online presentation and Q&A session about how your “time, talent, and treasure” can make a difference. Attendees will learn about philanthropic endeavors from Toni L. Freeman, who has over 20 years of executive management experience. In the presentation, Toni provided a brief history of philanthropy, reviewing individual and grantmaking philanthropy. She also discussed considerations for a gifting strategy, answered questions, and guided a brief discussion about the barriers and apprehensions of individual giving.
